Payment Methods

Full Payment is required upon collection / delivery of travel document.
You may pay using the following methods.

1) Cash

  • We accept cash only in Singapore currency for payment.

  • Please notify us once you have made payment by sending an email. Please include relevant information in the email such as, Date of transfer, Bank name, A/C name and number (if available), Cheque Number (if available). this is to help identify your payment.

2) Online Payment by Visa or MasterCard (For non-PayPal account holders):

  • STEP 1 : Key in the Invoice Number
  • STEP 2 : Click the Pay Now button
  • STEP 3 : Proceed with payment (Convenience Fees apply).

Planet Travel's consultant will revert to you within 24hrs upon receipt of payment.

5) Cheque Payments:

  • We require 3 working days to clear your Cheque before the tickets / travel documents can be released.
  • We are unable to consider Cheque as payments until they have been cleared by the bank. You can either mail your Cheque in advance to us for clearing of your payment before tickets / travel documents collection at our office.
