Terms & Conditions on Full Cruise Package
  1. All fares are in Singapore Dollars and do not include Passenger Handling Charge, Fuel Surcharge, Security Surcharge and optional land tours. Fares stated are applicable to Singaporeans and Foreigners holding employment pass or Permanent Resident (PR) status in Singapore only.
  2. A maximum of 3 Adults or 2 Adults + 2 Children will be allowed in an Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony.
  3. Single passenger pays 150% of twin-sharing fare.
  4. Infant (below 2 years old) pays 25% of twin-sharing normal fare - applicable only upon 2 full-paying passengers.
  5. A S$20.00 administration fee (per person) will be charged for changes made to booking after confirmation is issued. This fee excludes cancellation fees.
  6. Cancellation fees as follow:
    •  for low and mid season:
    Days prior to sailing Cancellation charge per person
    30 days or more S$100 per cabin (+S$20 admin fee per person)
    14 days or more 25% of Full Fare (+S$20 admin fee per person)
    8 days to 13 days 50% of Full Fare (+S$20 admin fee per person)
    7 days or less 100% of Full Fare
    No Show/No Written Notice 100% of Full Fare
    • For cancellation during Peak Season, 100% cancellation charge is applicable
  7. Star Cruises reserves the right to cancel or substitute any scheduled port of call at any time and/or for any reason whatsoever without prior notice.
  8. All cruises/passages are subject to the Terms & Conditions of Carriage of Star Cruises (”TTC”) available at our office or Star Cruises office and Star Cruises website www.starcruises.com.

Visa/Passport Requirements & Passage Restrictions

  1. All passports must have at least 6 month’s validity from the date of sailing.
  2. Any child whose travel document is attached to the parent’s passport must travel with the accompanying parent.
  3. Passengers are responsible to ensure that all travel documents and visas are in order prior to departure from their home the travel destinations and the nationalities of the passengers. Passengers are advised to consult their local travel agents formalities for their proposed itineraries.
  4. Passage for a pregnant woman will only be permitted before her 24th week of pregnancy at the time of sailing.
  5. Star cruises reserves the right to refuse embarkation to any passenger whose medical condition is not made known during reservation or prior to sailing, and shall not be require to refund any portion of the fare paid by the aforementioned passenger.
  6. No refund will be made to passengers who are denied embarkation for non-compliance of immigration requirements.
